This Privacy Policy explains how Words That Click, LLC ("we," "us," or "FlywheelIQ") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit flywheeliq.io (the "Site"). FlywheelIQ is a registered dba of Words That Click, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company.

This policy applies only to the FlywheelIQ marketing website. If you become a FlywheelIQ client, the data we collect and use as part of providing services to you is governed by your separate client services agreement.

What we collect

When you visit the Site, we collect two kinds of information:

Information you give us. If you submit our demo request form, we collect your name, email address, business name, industry, and any optional information you choose to provide (such as your website URL or a description of what you're trying to solve).

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our analytics tools collect technical and behavioral information, including:

  • Your IP address and approximate location
  • The type of browser and device you're using
  • Pages you visit, links you click, and how long you stay
  • The page or source that referred you to the Site
  • Session recordings, heatmaps, and other behavioral data showing how you interact with the Site

We use the following analytics tools to collect this information:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — for traffic and conversion analytics
  • Microsoft Clarity — for heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral analytics

These tools use cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out of GA4 by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can learn more about Microsoft Clarity's data practices at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/setup-and-installation/cookie-list.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your demo request and follow up about FlywheelIQ
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
  • Detect and prevent abuse of the Site or its forms
  • Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and follow up with you. These include:

  • Hosting providers that operate the Site infrastructure
  • Form data and contact management providers that store demo request submissions
  • Analytics providers that help us understand how visitors use the Site

Each of these providers handles your information under their own privacy policies and our agreements with them. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes beyond providing the service to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

  • Demo request form submissions: We keep these as long as we have a legitimate reason to — typically while we're in active conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterward in case you want to reconnect. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
  • Analytics data: Our analytics providers retain visitor data for a limited period in line with their standard retention policies, typically up to 14 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Know what information we have about you
  • Request a copy of that information
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Opt out of certain processing

To exercise any of these rights, email us at legal@flywheeliq.io. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe and in line with applicable law.

If you're a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

If you're in the EU/UK, we don't currently target our services to you, but if you contact us, we'll honor applicable rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.

Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies for analytics (GA4 and Clarity, as described above). Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as expected.

We do not currently use cookies for advertising or retargeting.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at legal@flywheeliq.io and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and limit access to those who need it to do their jobs.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you — for example, by posting a notice on the Site.
